In 2019, we developed a web-based software that the GfG team can use to manage all construction sites. In the web app, the employees can find all information about the clients, the current status of all construction projects, important documents and construction reports that show the current status of the construction progress.

In addition, defect notifications, invoicing, to-dos, the status of the handover, all scheduling obligations and many other key figures can be called up and administered via the software.

In 2022, we developed a version 2 of BauControl, integrating synchronisation with Microsoft Teams seemlessly.

This tour planner I programmed for a company that offers a cleaning service including collection and delivery for textiles, curtains, carpets etc. in Hamburg, Germany.

Before we developed this tour planner, the company planned the tours manually every morning with printed slips of paper and Excel lists. Duration: Depending on the number of orders, it could take up to two hours.

With the tour planner, tours can be planned and sorted directly on the computer or tablet. The status of each order can be viewed with a mouse click. Duration of the tour planning every morning: approx. 5 - 10 minutes.

In addition, the driver can call up any of his orders on his smartphone and have the customer acknowledge the pick-up or delivery with a signature on the touchscreen.

Click2Adventure was an online portal where exclusive trips, e.g. to Tanzania or Peru, can be booked and managed very easily.

Customers can select their desired adventure, enter a start date, book hotel upgrades as well as additional services and pay directly online. After booking, customers can specify, for example, the pick-up address of their hotel or food preferences, depending on the chosen adventure.

The operators of the portal can fully manage all bookings, adventures, customer accounts, email templates and much more via the integrated administration area.

This platform enables the employees of a financing company to administer all customers, self-disclosures, financing and much more centrally in one place.

A form editor is integrated into the platform, with the help of which self-disclosures for potential customers can be created and filled out.

We created and operate a platform through which every coach, speaker or trainer can easily create their own membership area in just a few clicks.

What is special about this platform is that live videos, a community area, a vision board and a routine tracker are integrated directly into the members' area if desired. No external tools such as Facebook groups are needed. membermate was one of the first platforms of this kind back in 2020.

Since the platform is operated as Software as a Service (SaaS), customers do not need their own server, everything runs on the membermate servers. For this, the coach pays a monthly or annual fee in the double-digit range.

CongressHero was the first real SaaS we created, back in 2016. The platform was created in collaboration with Robert Gladitz, a Youtuber, business coach and a very inspiring person for so many who want to start their own business.

In May 2016, Rob held his online Awesome People Conference. He travelled through Germany, visiting and interviewing some of the best-known online marketers, digital nomads and inspiring personalities. All these interviews could be viewed free of charge within the framework of the online congress within a period of about one week. Each interview went online at a specific time and was then available free of charge for 24 hours. Those who missed an interview or wanted to watch all the videos later could buy all the videos in one package for a small price.

As Rob was not 100% happy with the online course platform he was using as a technical foundation, I approached him in June 2016 with a novel idea: We could create a platform that would not only allow him to easily set up the next Awesome People Conference, but also allow everyone to host their own online conference. And without needing much technical knowledge.

In 2013, our founder Patrick had launched his first real platform of his own.

At that time Patrick had still designed a lot of print media, e.g. business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. At the same time, there were some online portals where you could have logo designers create several designs for you after paying a fixed price and submitting some information. With flyerlounge, Patrick had combined both things.

On flyerlounge you could choose a print type (e.g. flyer or business card), specify a few details such as size or fold, pay online, enter information in a form and 48 hours later you had received your first designs.

The heart of the website was the calculator, with which one could calculate all prices for design and printing directly online and then pay immediately.

With SELFMADE, Torben has created a new kind of coaching concept. SELFMADE combines an in-depth online course with an innovative members area. Each participant receives a basic course with 12 lessons plus an additional video every week.

To intensify the knowledge they have learned, all SELFMADE participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas with all other participants in the internal community. In addition, Torben answers all questions from the community at least once a month in a live call.

The Rise Up and Shine University (RUSU) has already changed thousands of lives. A few years ago, the desire arose in Laura's community to continue to be cared for after these four weeks and to be able to grow together in a loving community.

The Higher Self Home was born out of this desire. An exclusive members area in which each month is dedicated to a specific theme, e.g. basic trust, creativity, inner peace, money mindset and much more.

Every month - for each new topic - there is a meditation, numerous coaching exercises, a live session, a live Q&A and many other extras.
