You don't need a finished plan - just the drive to build or improve something meaningful. We've been building online platforms and web apps for over 17 years. You're welcome to tap into that experience.

Both. You can work with us purely on strategy, bring us in for development - or combine both. Most clients start with a strategy workshop and move into implementation from there.

That depends on the scope. We either work with fixed fees (e.g. for strategy calls or workshops) or tailor-made fixed prices for implementation. In a free intro call, we'll walk you through the options that might make sense for your project.

Absolutely. We usually start with a short intro call to understand where you're at, what you need - and whether we're the right fit. We also offer tiered pricing models to make sure you don't overstretch your budget right from the start.

Each session is a focused 1:1 strategy deep dive. You bring your challenges or questions - I help you untangle the mess and turn it into clear next steps. After the call, you'll receive a written summary with all recommendations and action points.

Absolutely. You don't need to speak developer-speak. My job is to translate complexity into clarity, no matter your level of technical expertise.

You book a package of 2 or 4 sessions per month. We schedule them flexibly - weekly, bi-weekly, or back-to-back, depending on your workflow. You also get priority access and async support between calls.

You can usually book a spot within a few days. And, of course, as a client with an active Ongoing Strategic Partnership, you enjoy priority status. If it's urgent, just reach out - we'll try to make it work.

Yes. Many clients start with a single session to test the waters. If it clicks, you can always switch to a monthly plan - or just book single sessions whenever you need them.

Minimal. You'll fill out a short form before the call so I know what to expect. That's it - no fancy pitch decks or hours of prep needed.

No worries - life happens. You can carry over unused sessions into the following month, once. This gives you a bit of flexibility if something gets in the way, while keeping things manageable and fair on both sides.

Almost nothing. Just a basic idea of what you want to build or improve. We'll guide you through the rest. If you already have documents like a feature list, wireframes, or references, feel free to share them - they make it even easier and faster for us to get started.

Most of our clients only have rough ideas when they first get in touch. We'll use the Strategy Workshop to explore your goals and figure out which features actually make sense.

That, of course, depends heavily on the features involved. We usually get a typical MVP ready to launch in about 4 to 12 weeks.

Absolutely. In fact, we continue working with many of our clients after the initial launch. Founders and business owners often have lots of ideas they want to implement over time.

It depends. If the existing codebase is solid and uses a tech stack we're comfortable with, we might be able to modernize or continue building on it. Just book a free intro call and we'll figure it out together.

While we're familiar with many languages and frameworks like TypeScript, JavaScript, PHP, React, Laravel, Express.js, Flutter, and React Native, we usually build new platforms with Next.js (TypeScript) - or Node.js with Express for API-only setups.
